From Cash Register to the Point of Sale System
Known for their freshly made artisan baked goods and providing signature products for the finest restaurants in town, Mix Bakery easily transitions their bakery and coffee shop from using the cash register to the point of sale seamlessly.
Speaking with Rose and Thuy, owners of Mix Bakery, they had the following comments about Auphan Dining and how it has helped to improve their daily operations.
Our transition was virtually seamless and we were really happy that we just jumped in and went for it the very next day! (and we are not techie-type people at all) Our staff each had a one - on - one 10 minute instruction and that was it. They have been much more conscientious and errors are much much less than before.
From a management perspective, we are still learning more about all the features [in the system], and little by little we learn to do more every day. We love that we can make an instant correction or addition by adding buttons for new items. It's really nice! Considering that we have only needed to call once since installation for a simple question, that, I think is pretty good!
