Upgrading to Auphan Dining
When Auphan Dining visited Pump House Grill, they were using an out of date point of sale system. Realizing that his current system was difficult to use and timely to manage, Matt Eberhart, the General Manager of Pump House Grill decided he needed to update to a newer system that was easy to use and affordable, improving the way he managed things.
Matt was specifically looking for a user friendly system that, also gave him the control he need to help manage his business and reduce costs. After researching on a variety of point of sale systems he chose Auphan Dining.
Matt had used other systems before and explained that changing anything was a pain especially the menu, "There are so many windows I had to change and go through to make it work. It was a hassle. It prevented me from doing a lot of stuff I wanted to do, because it was such a hassle to do it." But now, with Auphan Dining, he is able to add in new items daily because it's simple and fast.
Internal theft was another major concern. After installing Auphan Dining, Matt was able to implement new security policies that minimize and curtail theft using the activity logging and permission system.
As result, this was a smart decision and a great investment, given that after installations, managing the daily operations and accounting became much more straightforward.
