No. Auphan Dining uses an advanced web technology so Internet is not required. The Internet allows you to do more with the system. Auphan Dining runs entirely on location. The purpose of an Internet connection is for remote access to your system, so you can login into your system from anywhere. It also enables us to support you faster and is required for integrated credit processing. |

No, our support plan is completely optional and our first year is free so you can see how great our support is. If you decide to go with our support plan after the initial first year, you get the technical support, software updates, new features and discounts for supplies. You never work on an out of date system because we're working behind the scenes to improve the system every day. |

Online Ordering and Reservations FAQ |
Yes. Customers can pay online. Payment methods can range from Visa, Master Card, Gift Cards, Amex to pay on arrival. Payment methods will vary from each store, based on the type of accepted payment methods you are willing to accept from your customer. |

Yes. Customers can set the date and time for the order to be picked up. On the merchant side, you set when your online ordering/delivery/pickup available. |

On the terminal, you will see in the corner a bright alert box appears every time you receive a web order or reservation. Each order will have the customer's information, ordered items, time requested, and payment. You can review your orders before they go to the kitchen. |

No. Unfortunately, integration for online ordering and reservations is only available for those using Auphan Dining. Online ordering and reservations has been developed on the most advanced technology platform, to allow seamless integration with Auphan Dining; making it today's most technology advanced point of sale system in the market. However, you can choose to have a standalone terminal installed on location with Auphan Dining software that can handle just your online ordering and reservation. |

Yes you can. Every customer who is using Auphan Dining point of sale systems can choose whether they want to have online ordering and reservations activated on their point of sale system. If you don't want to offer online ordering and reservations, you can still have your business profile online so customers can search for your business. We accommodate whichever route you want to take that best fits your goals. |

Yes. We provide you a script to add to your website. When a customer makes an order, they can be redirected to your online menu or reservation screen or they can have a separate pop up window to place a reservation or order. |

Yes. Once your customer orders or makes a reservation on your website for a specified location, a pop up window will appear prompting for their information. If they go through Oftendining.com to find your business, customers may set a search criterion to have it narrow down the search results to the location they want to order or reserve from. |

It's very easy! Once your business profile is online you can easily change, add, and upload new pictures about your business from home, at work or on your laptop - anywhere, anytime. Everything is customizable by you, to give you full control over your web presence. If you have an event that you wish to promote or want to show photos from past events, put them online for your customers to see.
